ABOUT

Moto Industries grew out of an early fascination with aesthetics, mechanics and the way things are made. Alongside that came a broader interest in how craftsmanship is approached around the world. After years of production experience in California and New Zealand, that interest gradually developed into an approach of its own. In Japan, the approach to craftsmanship made a particular impression, with its attention to detail and constant drive to refine both technique and design.

That combination of engineering, design and craftsmanship forms the foundation. From that perspective, parts, assemblies and complete systems in metal and plastics are designed, developed and manufactured. Function, manufacturability and appearance are considered as a whole from the very first concept.

To carry that approach through in practice, CAD design, prototyping and fabrication are kept in-house wherever possible. This allows ideas to be developed, tested, refined and produced directly, while design and fabrication remain connected throughout the entire process.

Today, that approach forms the basis for a wide range of client projects as well as the development of new in-house products and solutions.
